§ 37.03 DEFERRED COMPENSATION PLAN ESTABLISHED.
   The Council establishes and appoints the Kentucky Public Employees' Deferred Compensation Authority to administer a deferred compensation plan pursuant to KRS 18A.230 to18A.275. The Authority shall administer a "401(k)" plan consistent with the employees' agreement with the Authority. The Authority shall be authorized and appointed to administer such other plans that may subsequently be authorized by municipal order of the city.
