§ 36.40 COMPENSATION; UNIFORMS AND EQUIPMENT.
   Each member of the Regular Reserve Police Force shall receive by way of compensation for all services performed the sum of one dollar ($1) per year. In addition to said compensation, the city shall furnish to each member of the Regular Reserve Police Force one regulation patrol officer cap, one regulation patrol officer badge, and one regulation patrol officer whistle.
