§ 11.01 ORIGINAL TOWN BOUNDARIES; INCORPORATION.
   It is hereby decreed that there is established and incorporated a town in the county of Campbell, Commonwealth of Kentucky, which town shall be named "Cold Spring" and the boundaries of which shall be as follows:
Beginning at a point in the center line of State and Federal Highway No. 27 as constructed at Station 167.35 as shown by plans on file at the office of the State Highway Department, Frankfort, Kentucky, where the center line of the Youtsey and Murnan County Road intersect; thence running south 52 degrees 45 feet west, five hundred and forty (540) feet to a point; thence north 376 degrees 15 feet west, twenty-six hundred and forty (2640) feet, to a point; thence north 52 degrees 45 feet west, twenty-one hundred (2100) feet, to the place of beginning, and being one half mile square, containing 160 acres.
