§ 155.16 PERFORMANCE SECURITY FOR INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE.
   The city may require the submittal of a performance security or bond with surety, cash escrow, fetter of credit or other acceptable legal arrangement prior to issuance of a permit in accordance with the provisions contained in the Design Manual.
