(A) Right of appeal. Any aggrieved person affected by any decision, order, requirement, or determination relating to the interpretation or application of this ordinance may file an appeal to the Code Enforcement Board of the City of Cold Spring within 30 days.
(B) Filing of appeal and procedures. Appeals shall be taken within the specified time period by filing a notice of appeal and specifying the grounds for appeal on forms provided by the City of Cold Spring. The Code Enforcement Board shall forthwith transmit documents constituting the record on which the decision appealed from was taken.
