§ 52.092 BASE RATE.
   The city engaged the services of environmental rate consultants to perform an analysis of the average amount of impervious surface area for residential properties in the city. The study resulted in an ERU of 3,000 square feet. A monthly base rate for the stormwater management fee is established for all single family residential property per the 3,000 ERU.
