The city has developed a stormwater finance program for the management of stormwater. As a part of this, a credits program was developed to provide an incentive to non-residential customers to develop management practices that will assist the city in reducing flooding and increasing water quality. The credit program is described in the city credits program manual that can be found on the city’s web site. It is important that the applications receive a complete review so that the management practices provide a value to the community. This subchapter presents the fees for the review of the credit applications and management practices.
