§ 150.15 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   APPRENTICE ELECTRICIAN. Anyone employed by the electrical contractor in process of learning the trade of journeyman electrician, always working under the direct supervision of a licensed journeyman electrician for a minimum of four years, at which time he is eligible to apply for a journeyman electrician examination and license.
   ELECTRICAL. The installation of wires and conduits for the purpose of transmitting electricity and the installation of fixtures and equipment in connection therewith.
   ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR. Any individual, partnership or corporation that engages in the business of or employs others for the construction, alteration or repair of any electrical wiring used for the purpose of furnishing heat, light or power.
   JOURNEYMAN ELECTRICIAN. Any individual employed by the electrical contractor to do the work referred to under electrical contractor, who has completed his apprentice training, successfully passed examination and has been issued a license.
