§ 130.02 DISCHARGE OF FIREARMS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to shoot or discharge firearms within the city unless necessary or proper for the protection of persons or property.
   (B)   Exceptions. This section shall not apply to police officers in the performance of their duties or to RRE zones.
