Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this chapter, or any section thereof, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor; each violation of any separate clause hereof shall be and constitute a separate offense punishable as such; each day of each violation shall also be a separate offense and upon conviction thereof shall be punishable by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500).
