Persons holding a malt beverage retailer license, may sell malt beverages at any time with the exception of the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. of any day, nor from 2:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. on Sunday, nor during the hours when any polls are open in the city on any election day.
