§ 113.18 APPROVAL OF REJECTION OF APPLICATION.
   The City Council reserves the right to approve or reject any applications for any of the licenses specified by this chapter; however, no person shall become a licensee under the terms of this chapter who:
   (A)   Has been convicted of any misdemeanor directly or indirectly attributable to the use of alcoholic beverages, or any felony, within two (2) years preceding the application.
   (B)   Is under the age of twenty one (21) years.
   (C)   Is not a citizen of the United States and has not had an actual, bona fide residence in the county for at least one (1) year before the date on which his application for a license is made.
   (D)   Is a partnership or corporation, unless each member of the partnership or each of the directors, principal officers, managers and employees of the corporation has not been convicted of any misdemeanor directly attributable to the use of alcoholic beverages, or a felony, is twenty one (21) years of age or more and is a citizen of the United States.
   (E)   Has had any license issued under the chapter, or any license issued under any Act or ordinances relating to the regulation of the manufacture, sale and transportation of alcoholic beverages revoked for cause or has been convicted of a violation of any such Act or ordinance, until the expiration of two (2) years from the date of the revocation or conviction.
   (F)   Has not fully complied with all alcoholic beverage control statutes, the regulations of the Kentucky Alcoholic Beverage Control Board and all ordinances relating to the regulation of the manufacture, sale and transportation of alcoholic beverages, both for applicant and the premises for which the license is sought.
   (G)   Has done any act for which a revocation of license would be authorized.
   (H)   Has made any false material statement in his application.
   (I)   Is a co-partnership or corporation, unless each member of such partnership or each principle officer of such corporation, could have himself obtained and can now obtain a license hereunder, individually.
