All of the provisions of the Kentucky Alcoholic Beverages Control Act, passed by the General Assembly of Kentucky, and all acts amendatory thereof and supplementary thereto, relating to the manufacture, sale, purchase or other traffic in alcoholic beverages are adopted and made a part of this chapter insofar as they may apply herein or be pertinent to the government of the city, and are made a part of this chapter, by reference, as if fully incorporated herein.
