§ 112.99 PENALTY.
   Any pawnbroker or pawnbroker's clerk who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500), and his license may be forfeited to the city.
