§ 111.09 HOUSE TO HOUSE SOLICITING.
   (A)   All person(s) engaging in house-to-house solicitations within the city shall first register with the city prior to engaging in house to house solicitations within the city. A person may register on an annual basis.
   (B)   No person shall engage in house-to-house solicitations in the city outside the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
