Permitted uses by special use permit in an R-12 District shall be as follows:
Boarding house.
Childcare facility.
Commercial film production.
Commercial recreation.
Community assembly.
Community education.
Community organization.
Convenience sales.
Essential service (aboveground).
Group dwelling - detached housing.
Handicapped or minimal care facility.
Juvenile offenders facility.
Noncommercial kennel.
Religious assembly.
Restriction to single-family only.
