17.05.180: PERMITTED USES; PRINCIPAL:
Principal permitted uses in an R-12 District shall be as follows:
Administrative.
Duplex housing.
Essential service (underground).
"Home occupation", as defined in this title.
Neighborhood recreation.
Public recreation.
