A. The international board of appeals shall have no authority to interpret the administrative provisions of the international fire, building, residential, existing building, mechanical, fuel gas and energy conservation codes or the Idaho state plumbing code and the uniform code for the abatement of dangerous buildings as adopted by the city. Further, the board has no authority to waive any of the requirements of the codes referenced in this section. (Ord. 3497, 2014, eff. 1-1-2015)
