The provisions of this chapter shall be known as the DEFINITIONS. The purpose of these provisions is to promote consistency and precision in the interpretation of the zoning ordinance. The meaning and construction of words and phrases as set forth in this chapter shall apply throughout the zoning ordinance except where the context of such words or phrases clearly indicates a different meaning or construction.
