16.55.030: PENALTY FOR VIOLATIONS; GENERALLY:
Every person convicted of a violation of any provision of this title is guilty of a misdemeanor as provided in section 1.28.010 of this code. For any violation of a continuing nature, each day's violation is a separate offense subjecting the offender to the penalties provided in this section for each offense. (Ord. 3485, 2014)
