The final plat, subdivision, or dedication will be approved, disapproved, or returned to the subdivider for modification or correction within one hundred twenty (120) days from the date of filing or refiling unless the developer has filed written consent for a longer period in which the council may act. If the council has not taken any action on the final plat within the one hundred twenty (120) day period, the plat will be deemed to be denied. (Ord. 3485, 2014)
