No map, plat, replat or plan of a subdivision subject to the provisions of this title may be recorded or received for recording in any public office unless or until that map, plat, replat or plan has been approved by the city council and bears the certificate of final approval signed by the city engineer and the city clerk as required by Idaho Code section 50-1308.
