16.25.060: EFFECT OF APPROVAL:
The approval of a preliminary plat does not guarantee final approval of the plat or subdivision, and shall not constitute an acceptance of the subdivision. Rather, the approval authorizes the developer to proceed with the preparation of the final plat in a manner that incorporates all substantive requirements of the approved preliminary plat. (Ord. 3485, 2014)
