Notice of the required public hearing on the formal plat application will contain a description of the property or properties under consideration, a summary of the request, the time and place of the hearing, and any other pertinent information. The required notice will be given by publication in the city's newspaper of record and by mailing a notice to each property owner listed on the owner's list not less than fifteen (15) days prior to the date of the hearing. When notice is required to be mailed to two hundred (200) or more property owners, notice will be provided by publication in the newspaper only. (Ord. 3485, 2014)
