15.32.090: ESTABLISHMENT OF FLOODPLAIN DEVELOPMENT PERMIT:
A floodplain development permit is required prior to development activities in special flood hazard areas established by section 15.32.050 of this chapter. (Ord. 3380 §7, 2010)
