15.32.070: DESIGNATION OF FLOODPLAIN ADMINISTRATOR:
The city engineer is designated as the floodplain administrator, who is responsible for administering and implementing the provisions of this chapter. The city engineer may designate any other city employee to fulfill any of the obligations or duties of the floodplain administrator. (Ord. 3380 §7, 2010)
