15.32.030: APPLICABILITY:
This chapter applies to all special flood hazard areas within the city of Coeur d'Alene. Nothing in this chapter authorizes uses or structures that are otherwise prohibited by the zoning ordinance (title 17 of this code). (Ord. 3380 §7, 2010)
