No radio antenna or aerial shall be run, erected or maintained over or under any electric light or power wires within the corporate limits. Nor shall such aerial or antenna be erected or maintained in such a position that the same, through the whipping by the wind or the swaying in the wind or in the event of the breaking or falling, the same can come in contact with any electric light or power wires.
