15.28.010: ERECTION OR MAINTENANCE OVER PUBLIC THOROUGHFARES; PERMIT REQUIRED:
No radio antenna or aerial shall be run, erected or maintained under or over any public thoroughfares within the corporate limits without first obtaining a permit. (prior code §4-9-2)
