15.20.240: ISSUANCE OF PERMIT NOT TO AUTHORIZE VIOLATIONS:
The issuance of a permit shall not be construed to allow any violation of the provisions of Idaho statutes, this chapter or of the currently adopted mechanical code. No permit purporting to give authority to violate or cancel the provisions of Idaho statutes, this chapter or of the currently adopted mechanical code shall be valid.
