All installations of wires and equipment to convey electrical current and apparatus to be operated by such current, made after the effective date of this code, shall be in substantial compliance with the Idaho electrical laws and regulations, title 54, chapter 10 of the Idaho Code as mentioned in section 15.16.010 of this chapter and the national electrical code as relating to such work so far as the same covers both fire and personal injury and as the national electrical code, title 54, chapter 10, of the Idaho Code and the Idaho electrical laws and regulations shall be amended, revised, compiled and published from time to time.
