Whenever, by any of the provisions of this Code, an intent to defraud is required in order to constitute an offense, it is sufficient if an intent appears to defraud any person, association or body politic or any combination of persons. (Ord. 1446 §1 (part), 1976: prior code §1-1-3(a))
