15.08.100: MOVING BUILDINGS; BOND AND INSURANCE REQUIRED:
Before a moving permit is granted, the applicant shall deliver to the municipality:
   A.   A two thousand dollar ($2,000.00) cash or surety bond conditioned on the payment to the municipality for any loss or damage to municipal property it may sustain arising out of or incident to the moving of any building by the applicant.
   B.   Proof that the applicant has in force during the moving of buildings a policy of liability insurance with the city of Coeur d'Alene as a named insured insuring against liability for loss to persons and property resulting from the moving of buildings with a minimum combined limit of at least five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000.00) and in no event less than the amount of coverage required by section 6-924 of the Idaho Code.
