13.30.110: PROHIBITED CONDUCT:

No person shall damage, harm, fail to install, complete, or maintain, or otherwise impair the functioning of infiltration basins or the future functioning of areas designed as an infiltration basin or approved methods of transmission of stormwater to an infiltration basin or any portion of a stormwater management system installed pursuant to this chapter. (Ord. 3455, 2012)
