Any person involved in the sale or distribution of any laundry cleaning product prohibited by this Section shall, for the first offense of this Section, be notified of such noncompliance by this City and shall be given ten (10) days from receipt of such notice to comply with the provisions of this Chapter. Failure to comply with this Chapter following this ten (10) day period, or subsequent violations shall be a general misdemeanor and shall subject the person to the general penalty of Title 1, Chapter 1.28 of the Coeur d'Alene Municipal Code or any other remedy allowed by law.
