A. Within ninety (90) days following the date for final compliance by the significant industrial user with applicable pretreatment standards and requirements set forth in this chapter, in federal categorical standards, or in a wastewater discharge permit, or, in the case of a new source or a new user considered by the city to fit the definition of SIU, within ninety (90) days following commencement of the introduction of wastewater into the POTW, the affected user must submit to the city a report containing the information outlined in subsections 13.20.3.4D through F of this chapter.
B. For users subject to equivalent mass or concentration limits established by the city in accordance with procedures established in 40 CFR 403.6(c), this report must contain a reasonable measure of the user's long term production rate. For all other users subject to categorical pretreatment standards expressed in terms of allowable pollutant discharge per unit of production (or other measure of operation), this report must include the users actual production during the appropriate sampling period.
