13.20.1.2: ADMINISTRATION:
Except as otherwise provided, the superintendent will administer, implement, and enforce the provisions of this chapter. Any powers granted to or duties imposed upon the superintendent may be delegated to other city personnel. (Ord. 3374 §2, 2010)
