13.04.140: MAYOR AND COUNCIL; POWER TO ADOPT RULES AND REGULATIONS; COPIES TO BE KEPT ON FILE:
   A.   The rules and regulations applicable to the Water Division of the City of Coeur d'Alene may be adopted by resolution of the Mayor and City Council.
   B.   Three (3) copies of the resolution adopting such rules and regulations shall be kept on file with the City Clerk for the use and inspection of the public. (Ord. 2934 §31, 1999: Ord. 1465 §§1, 2, 1976)
