13.04.030: CONNECTING PRIVATE WELL OR SYSTEM TO PUBLIC SYSTEM:
The occupants and owners of any and all premises having any connection with the City water system are prohibited from connecting to the City water system any private wells or systems. (prior code §3-4-3)
