It shall be the duty of the controller of any lot, place or area in the city of Coeur d'Alene which has been declared a public nuisance as provided in this chapter, within ten (10) days from the date of notification as provided in this chapter, or in case of an appeal to the city council, within ten (10) days from the determination thereof unless the same is sustained, to remove the public nuisance as required.
