12.36.450: PUBLIC TREES AND LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICTS:
   A.   Any public tree removal due to local improvement districts (LIDs) shall be reviewed by the urban forestry committee. The committee shall take the recommendations of the senior field inspector into account in making any tree removal decisions.
   B.   Assessments for local improvement districts shall include an assessment for the cost of tree removal and replacement. (Ord. 2143 §21, 1988)
