12.36.420: DISTANCE FROM UTILITIES:
No street public trees other than those species listed as "small trees" as established by resolution shall be planted under or within ten (10) lateral feet of any primary power overhead line. (Ord. 2143 §17, 1988: Ord. 1878 §1(part), 1985)
