Applications for a license or renewal shall be accompanied by a current certificate or duplicate policy showing the applicant to have in effect during the term of the license a policy of liability and property damage insurance covering the work of the applicant and listing the city of Coeur d'Alene as an additional insured in a sum not less than that provided for in Idaho Code section 6-924.
