12.36.205: TREE SERVICE LICENSE:

Licenses are required whenever a person performs services allowed under this chapter for a fee. A licensee is required to obtain permits as required under subsection 12.36.300B of this chapter for root pruning, removal, or crown reduction of public trees or shrubs. (Ord. 3565, 2017)
