12.36.020: APPLICABILITY:
This chapter shall apply to any public tree and all trees and shrubs located in the public right of way as well as to those trees and shrubs located on public and private property that have been declared to be a public nuisance pursuant to section 12.36.500 of this chapter. (Ord. 3382 §14, 2010)
