12.32.050: DRIVING OVER UNLAWFUL:
It is unlawful for any person or persons to drive any motor vehicle or to drive, lead or ride any horse, mule or other beast of burden, whether hitched to any vehicle or not and whether carrying any load or not, on, onto, over or across any sidewalk, curb or parkway now constructed or hereafter to be constructed, along any street or avenue within the corporate limits, except at authorized curb cuts as necessary to drive upon a public alley or private driveway.
