12.16.240: REMOVAL OF SURPLUS MATERIAL:
All surplus material removed under the provisions of this Chapter relative to excavations shall, if required by him, be delivered to such points as the Engineer shall direct, provided the distance such material is required to be hauled does not exceed one mile. (prior code §9-11-0)
