12.16.210: SUPERVISION OF EXCAVATIONS AND REFILLS:
It shall be the duty of the Engineer, or his authorized representative, to supervise and direct all such making and refilling of excavations and repairing of street surfaces, and to require that all such excavations, refilling and repairing comply with the requirements of this Chapter. (prior code §9-11-18)
