12.16.130: RESTORATION OF IMPROVEMENTS; EDGES AND LOOSE MATERIAL:
The edges of all trenches and excavations shall be properly trimmed and squared, and all loose material shall be removed before the pavement is placed. (prior code §9-11-12(part))
