Pavement shall be replaced with standard-type pavement as indicated on the permit. Curbs, gutters, sidewalks, sewer, drains, structures, and all other improvements damaged, disturbed or removed during the progress of the work shall be restored or replaced to as good or better condition as existed prior to the entry on the work by the permittee in accordance with standard specifications of the Municipality and to the satisfaction of the Engineer.
